Hubei Rural Safe Drinking Water Engineering Technology Research Center

Hubei Rural Safety Drinking Water Engineering Technology Research Center was established in 2007. There are 35 full-time research personnel, including 25 senior titles, 10 intermediate technicians, 28 doctorates and 6 masters. The center has been devoting itself to the research and development of rural water environmental protection technology. In the past three years, it has completed 158 scientific research and technical service projects, including 25 national-level projects such as National Science and Technology Support Plan, Spark Plan, National Science and Technology Benefiting People Plan, National Agricultural Science and Technology Achievement Conversion Fund, International Natural Fund, etc. 18 monographs have been published. More than 180 papers, 29 national patents, 1 first-class prize and 3 second-class prize for scientific and technological progress in Wuhan and 2 third-class prize for scientific and technological progress in Hubei Province. The center is technological research and development institutions focusing on rural drinking water safety protection in Hubei and central China. The team is centered on the safety of decentralized water supply in rural areas. Its main technical fields include the design of water source investigation and protection scheme, the research and development of micro-polluted water purification technology and equipment, the research and development of polygonal pollution source control technology in rural areas, and the development of local safe water supply technology.
